Shipping policy
We aim to have all non altered UK orders dispatched within 2-3 workings days after receipt of payment. However if you have requested a harness hole, orders will be dispatched within 4-7working days after receipt of payment.
Tracking information will be forwarded to you via email once the item has been dispatched for delivery.
All orders are sent either using Royal Mails signed for service or a Courier service and will need a signature on delivery.
Just so you’re aware, goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday. However, should you require your item urgently please contact us directly and we will try and assist if we can.
Further, please note that there may be occasions when the Company is closed and no items will be dispatched until the Company reopens (for example over the Christmas period) We will make these occasions clear on our website.
Should you place an order and your item is not in stock, we will email you with an estimated delivery date.
