Refund policy

Please note our Returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date you signed for delivery of your item. Once the 14 days has expired, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will need to email us at info@countryandtwee.co.uk to let us know that you plan to return the item.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

On occasions payment providers take a while to process credit back onto your account. 

If you’ve checked your account and your refund has not been credited, please contact your payment provider to ask about their processing times.

If you still have not received your refund after their usual processing time, please contact us. 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to replace items if they are wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need an exchange please email us at info@countryandtwee.co.uk.

Once we receive your returned item, we will post your exchanged item within the timescale outlined in our delivery policy.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Please note you are responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Unless you receive an incorrect item to what you ordered, postage costs are non-refundable.

If you are posting an item over £30, please consider using a trackable postal service or purchase postal insurance. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund any items not received.
